Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in West Bengal, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing client leads, providing expert advice on real estate transactions, showcasing properties, and conducting sales negotiations. Key responsibilities include maintaining long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing sales proposals, and staying updated on market trends and property developments. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively
  • Customer Service expertise, including relationship building, active listening, and addressing client needs
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to provide clear guidance and showcase properties confidently
  • Organizational and Analytical skills to manage leads, track market trends, and prepare detailed sales reports
  • Proficiency in real estate principles, market knowledge, and buying or selling processes
  • Ability to work on-site in West Bengal, India, with local language proficiency being an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client advisory roles is a plus
