Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, and managing the sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating deals, preparing documentation, and meeting sales targets. Secondary duties involve collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals and addressing client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Client relationship management skills and the ability to maintain long-term associations
  • Market research and analytical skills to understand and forecast real estate trends
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales objectives
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
