Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and building strong client relationships. The individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide customized charging solutions, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing market feedback for product improvement.

Skill

  • Sales skills including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of electric vehicle (EV) technology and charging solutions is a plus
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer literacy
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Special consideration for candidates who have prior experience in the electric mobility or renewable energy industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
