Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging directly with individual customers—students and their families—to promote and enrol them in our online tutoring programs. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for education. You will be key in driving revenue growth through effective outreach, personalized consultations, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Lead Generation/Conversion:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through live video interactions during demo classes, digital marketing channels, social media, and referrals.
- Manage inbound leads generated from online campaigns and convert them into enrolled students.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling by identifying opportunities to recommend additional tutoring subjects or packages that enhance student learning outcomes.
- Performance Tracking based on monitoring individual conversion rates to continuously improve sales efficiency.
- Follow-Up Strategy to be implemented by ways of structured follow-up processes (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to re-engage prospects who did not convert initially.
- Retention & Renewal follow-ups by proactively check in with existing customers to encourage continued enrolment and renewals.
- Issue Resolution by acting as the first point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
Personalized Consultations & Enrolment:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations via phone, video calls, live chat and emails and WhatsApp to understand the educational needs of students and their families.
- Present the benefits of our tutoring programs and provide tailored recommendations that align with customer goals.
- Guide prospects through the enrolment process, addressing any questions or concerns to facilitate a smooth conversion.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Implement creative strategies to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collect testimonials and reviews to strengthen brand credibility and trust.
- Stay updated on education trends, competitor offerings, and digital sales techniques to refine approaches.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably with a focus on B2C sales or in the education/e-learning industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing individual customer relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Shift Requirement
- 7 hours between 07.30pm to 7.30am
- Six working days (42 hours) a week
