Job Description:

Esavari Indore is hiring energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell electric three-wheelers (E-Rickshaws). The candidate will be responsible for market promotions, customer engagement, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up promotional canopies in key market areas to attract potential customers.

Educate auto drivers, fleet owners, and businesses about the benefits of electric three-wheelers (E-Rickshaws).

Conduct field sales by visiting local markets and identifying potential buyers.

Explain vehicle features, performance, pricing, and financial options to customers.

Demonstrate the cost-saving and environmental benefits of switching to an electric rickshaw.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and sales conversions.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Sales & Negotiation Skills Ability to convince and convert potential customers.

Communication Skills Strong verbal skills in Hindi for effective interaction.

Field Marketing Experience Ability to engage customers in outdoor sales settings.

Customer Handling Understanding customer needs and suggesting the right products.

Target-Oriented Approach Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Basic Product Knowledge Understanding of electric vehicle technology is an advantage.

Who Can Apply

Candidates with 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in automobile, electric vehicles, or FMCG sales.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within Indore.
