Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in EPC-Solar, based in Morbi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the solar energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include building client relationships, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions while keeping up-to-date with industry trends and products.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with proven experience in achieving targets
- Knowledge of the solar industry, renewable energy solutions, and EPC processes
- Effective communication and presentation skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in market research, proposal preparation, and customer requirement analysis
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in solar energy, renewables, or EPC projects is advantageous
