We are building a B2B compliance and operations platform used by Chartered Accountant (CA) firms across India to manage statutory deadlines, documents, and client accountability.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can drive outbound sales, engage decision-makers at CA firms, book demos, follow up, and close annual software licenses.
This is a pure B2B role with a clearly defined ICP and a short sales cycle.
What You Will Sell- Annual SaaS licenses priced between ₹35,000 – ₹50,000
- Target customers: CA firms
- Sales cycle: 7 - 21 days
- Product solves a mandatory, recurring business problem (compliance)
Key Responsibilities- Outbound calling to CA firms using the provided data
- Identify and speak with decision-makers (Partners / Owners)
- Understand client pain points around compliance tracking
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Close deals and collect annual payments
- Maintain clean CRM records and follow-up schedules
Who Should Apply- 0 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or accounting-related sales
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Confident communication in Hindi and English
- Able to speak professionally with business owners
- Hungry to learn and grow in B2B SaaS sales
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Compensation- Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 LPA - ₹3 LPA
- Commission: ₹4,000 - ₹6,000 per deal
- Expected Earnings: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000+ per month
- The first 45 days are probation, which is commission only
- No cap on commissions
Performance Expectations- First demo booking within 7- 10 days
- First deal closure within 30 - 45 days
- Consistent target: 6 - 10 deals per month
