Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with strong experience in selling premium furniture and interior materials. The role involves on-field sales, dealer/showroom management, architect & interior designer coordination, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales for premium furniture materials (furniture, plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, interior products, etc.)
- Visit dealers, distributors, showrooms, and project sites regularly
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
- Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network
- Handle B2B and retail sales in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demos and explain premium product features to customers
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of field sales experience
- Experience in furniture / interior / building materials sales
- Strong knowledge of dealer & showroom sales
- Experience handling architects & interior designers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic reporting and MS Excel knowledge
