Position: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Bangalore, India
What You'll Do
Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, site visits, and digital platforms.
Showcase and promote a curated selection of luxury properties to interested buyers.
Build relationships, understand clients unique preferences, and offer tailored property solutions.
Stay updated with local market trends and discover new sales opportunities.
Negotiate deals and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding your targets.
Maintain accurate records and client data in our modern CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and field teams to generate new leads and deliver a seamless client journey.
Deliver outstanding post-sale service to support long-term satisfaction and referrals.
What You Bring
Prior experience as a Sales Executive in real estate or a related field.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and people skills.
Ability to identify client needs and recommend customized property solutions.
Sharp negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
A driven, self-motivated attitude and goal-oriented approach.
Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate landscape (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
