Engage with potential international clients through calls and online communication channels

Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions

Qualify leads and support the sales team in the early stages of the sales cycle

Handle client objections confidently and professionally

Maintain strong client communication and follow-up

Excellent spoken and written English

Clear North American / US communication style required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively

Confidence interacting with international clients

Self-motivated and proactive attitude

Preferred Background

Experience in US Process / International Voice Process / BPO / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales
