Qualification:

Any Graduate with excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, Database calling to market music education products
  • Lead generation
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Using scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Being able to communicate the benefits of the proposition to the customers
  • 150 200 calls per day, emails and messaging to achieve the daily contact and conversion goals
  • Desired Profile:
  • Candidate based in Mumbai
  • Excel knowledge is a must
