Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive B2C who will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from our website, guiding customers through our services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handling Website Inquiries
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through the website, calls, and emails
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.

2. Name Change Package Sales
  • Explain the end-to-end Name Change process and available packages
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable package based on their requirement
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Escalate complex queries and schedule calls with seniors when required.

3. Legal Services Sales
  • Educate customers about Legal Notice & Advocate Consultation services
  • Guide customers in selecting the right package based on their case
  • Coordinate and schedule consultation calls with advocates
  • Follow up post-consultation to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

4. Sales Conversion & Follow-ups
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure maximum lead conversion
  • Track leads and update status in CRM or internal systems
  • Ensure timely response and professional communication with customers.

5. Customer Experience
  • Deliver a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Address queries, concerns, and objections effectively
  • Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements
  • 02 years of experience in B2C Sales / Customer Handling / Inside Sales
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations effectively
  • Basic understanding of legal or documentation services (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
