URGENT HIRING Senior B2B Jewellery Sales Executive

Experience Required: 2 to 5+ Years in B2B Sales (Jewellery Industry Preferred)

Salary: FROM 2 LPA up-to 6LPA (Attractive hike for strong performers)

Location: Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timing: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM

About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced B2B Jewellery Sales Executive with a strong industry network and proven sales track record. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling key accounts, expanding market presence, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage high-value B2B accounts including retailers and wholesalers

Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution network

Lead client negotiations and close high-margin deals

Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure repeat business

Coordinate closely with production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain CRM records

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in B2B sales (Jewellery or Luxury Retail preferred)

Strong client network in Kolkata and nearby markets

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Professional communication and relationship management skills
