About the Role
We are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Executives to help us scale one of Kerala's most in-demand AI education programs. You will guide prospective learners through the enrollment process, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right program.

Key Responsibilities
* Connect with inbound and outbound leads via call/WhatsApp
* Understand candidate needs and explain program benefits clearly
* Counsel prospects on AI career opportunities and course outcomes
* Convert qualified leads into enrollments
* Maintain follow-ups and CRM updates consistently
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Collaborate with team leads to improve conversion processes

Preferred Candidate Profile
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Confidence in handling sales conversations and objections
* Basic understanding of AI/Tech concepts preferred
* BTech graduates preferred
* Engineers with strong communication skills encouraged to apply
* Prior sales/counselling experience is a plus
* Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
* Comfortable working in a high-performance environment
