Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to build strong market presence across the assigned territory.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring consistent secondary sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (value + volume)
  • Drive consistent 100% target achievement
  • Maintain 20–30% YoY growth aligned with territory potential

2. Dealer & Distributor Network Management

  • Appoint new dealers/distributors during expansion phases
  • Ensure strong secondary sales from each distributor
  • Maintain an active and productive distributor base
  • Expand coverage across key markets and towns

3. Market Coverage & Field Execution

  • Conduct 20–24 field visit days per month
  • Visit 6–8 retail outlets daily
  • Ensure complete coverage of assigned districts monthly

4. Collections & Outstanding Control

  • Ensure timely collections with focus on advance payments
  • Maintain healthy outstanding levels

5. Branding & Visibility

  • Ensure in-store branding, display execution, and visibility
  • Implement promotional campaigns and schemes effectively

6. Reporting & Discipline

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM/reporting tools

Desired Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in hardware, tools, electricals, or similar industry
  • Existing dealer/distributor network in the assigned state is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of hand tools and power tools market
  • Willingness to travel extensively
