Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in E-Commerce at Janasya, located in Surat. The Sales Executive will oversee day-to-day e-commerce sales operations, including managing product listings, monitoring online sales channels, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve online revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

- Experience in E-Commerce sales, inventory management, and online marketplace operations
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service and team coordination
