Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales, managing key client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities for the business. The individual will communicate with potential clients, architects strategies to connect brands with audiences, and ensure seamless execution of event sponsorships and stall sales. This role also includes maintaining existing partnerships and identifying ways to exceed client expectations for both marketing programs and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including business development, customer relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Experience with marketing and advertising strategies related to sponsorship and event planning
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to collaborate with diverse clients and team members
  • Relevant experience in the events or marketing industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
