Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating and promoting properties, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet or exceed established targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, building new partnerships, and staying updated with market trends and property listings.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Engagement
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of local real estate market trends in Bhubaneswar is highly desirable
