Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Direct Sales) with strong expertise in handling building material and industrial product portfolios. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, appointing dealers, and achieving aggressive sales targets across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads, conduct negotiations, and close sales effectively.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, architects, and dealers.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and dealer networks.
  • Appoint and develop new dealers in potential and untapped markets.
  • Conduct regular visits to architects, consultants, and project sites to promote new products.
  • Plan and execute segment-wise sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze regional competition and market trends to refine sales approaches.
  • Travel extensively across Maharashtra for business development and client engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 58 years of experience in direct sales (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of the Maharashtra market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
