We are hiring for our esteemed client in the Travel/Hospitality industry. A Captive unit, in a monopoly travel segment offering luxury voyages, world-class hospitality, and unforgettable travel experiences, empowering journeys across oceans and destinations worldwide.

Role :- Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed information on cabin categories, itineraries, pricing, and onboard experiences.
  • Identify customer preferences and offer tailored cruise packages.
  • Upsell and cross-sell premium cabins, suite experiences, and onboard services (dining, spa, entertainment).
  • Follow up with potential leads to close sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a professional and customer-first approach that aligns with company luxury service standards.
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and structured approach in all interactions.
  • Adhere to high call quality standards, ensuring clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on cruise schedules, promotions, and competitor trends.
