Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customers and markets in end consumer.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Drive sales revenue by achieving defined targets and expanding product reach.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
• Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management.
Qualifications &Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in chemical distribution or industrial chemicals.
• Strong network of clients in pharma, agrochemical, coatings, adhesives, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Skills
• Deep knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
