Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, providing tailored furniture solutions, showcasing the product range, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role also involves understanding client requirements, offering design recommendations, preparing sales quotations, coordinating with the production team, and following up on customer inquiries to drive sales effectively.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Sales expertise, including customer relationship management and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of furniture hardware or interior product industry trends, design principles, and materials
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office
  • Previous experience in a similar showroom sales or customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously and work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Educational background in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
