About the RoleWe are looking for a field-based Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably from Facilities Management, Housekeeping Services, Real Estate Services, Pest Control, or similar service-based industries.
The candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, generating leads, and closing deals in the assigned region.
Responsibilities- Generate new leads and acquire customers in the assigned territory
- Meet clients (corporate, commercial, residential) and present company services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports and updates
Candidate Requirements- Mandatory: Field Sales Experience (Minimum 2+ years)
- Experience in Facilities / Housekeeping / Pest Control / Real Estate / Service Industry preferred
- Should be from Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida or Ghaziabad
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with on-ground/field travel
