Dear Candidate,

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our construction business in Jabalpur. The key responsibilities, salary structure, incentives, and other terms and conditions of this position are outlined below.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Contact and meet customers regarding inquiries received by the company.
• Understand customers construction requirements and explain the company's services, pricing, and proposals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed projects or bookings.
• Accompany customers on site visits whenever required.
• Visit ongoing project sites to monitor work progress and communicate relevant updates to the office.
• Maintain proper coordination between customers and the company's internal team.
• Regularly report details of meetings, follow-ups, site visits, and confirmed projects to the company.

2. Salary and Travel Expenses

• Monthly Salary: 25,000.
• The basic salary component will be 12,500.
• The monthly salary of 25,000 includes petrol and local travel expenses.
• No separate reimbursement or additional payment will be provided for petrol or local travel.

3. Incentives

• You will receive an incentive of 1% of the total actual collection received by the company for each project successfully converted by you.
• This incentive will be provided in addition to your monthly salary.
• The incentive will be calculated only on the actual amount received by the company, not merely on the total project value or booking amount.

4. Initial Three-Month Condition

As per the company's proposed policy, if you leave the job before completing three months from your joining date, or if the company terminates your services during this period, your salary settlement will be calculated on the basis of the basic salary of 12,500.

5. Working Hours

- Office hours will be from 10:00 AM to 6:30–7:00 PM.

- You may be required to meet customers and visit project sites according to business requirements and assigned responsibilities.
