Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented and persuasive
Sales Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective parents/students, and convert assigned leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to handle objections effectively. This role requires consistent follow-ups, strong closing ability, and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents/students.
- Explain Cyboard School's programs, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic solutions.
- Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred (Any stream)
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / Ed-Tech Sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
