Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring customers, promoting Credila's education loans, and driving sales to achieve targets. This includes conducting customer meetings, building strong client relationships, analyzing financial profiles, processing applications, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive business development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and market analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products and processes, specifically in the education loan sector or banking industry
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and achieve results in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or education-related offerings is a plus
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset
