Job Title: Sales Executive MDF Division

Reports To: Area Sales Manager MDF Division
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive MDF Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening dealer/distributor relationships within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction while maintaining Centuryply's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for MDF products in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities and track competitor activities.
- Monitor stock levels, order flow, and sales performance of each dealer.
- Ensure proper display, branding, and product visibility at dealer points.
- Gather and share timely market feedback on pricing, schemes, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of queries.
- Engage with architects, contractors, carpenters, and interior designers to promote MDF products.
- Conduct product demos and awareness programs for influencers.
