Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding prospective customers, promoting education loan products, and achieving sales targets. The role includes engaging with customers to provide detailed information about products, assisting them in the loan application process, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also contribute to market research and implement strategies to increase customer outreach.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the education loan industry and financial products is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
