Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Sangli. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, identifying growth opportunities, increasing sales, and promoting the company's product offerings. This role involves market research, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Market research and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to travel locally within assigned regions
