We sell through Amazon, our website, and direct client orders, serving individual buyers, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive E-commerce & Online Sales to manage and grow online sales through Amazon Seller Central and the company website. The role also involves handling customer enquiries, managing product listings, and supporting e-commerce performance marketing to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and orders on Amazon
• Handle website orders and update product pages
• Respond to customer queries and assist with product selection
• Support advertising campaigns on Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Coordinate with the production team for customized orders
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities to improve online sales

Requirements

• 13 years experience in e-commerce or online marketplace sales
• Knowledge of Amazon listings and online sales management
• Basic understanding of Shopify / WooCommerce
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Interest in art, dcor, gifting, or lifestyle products.
