Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Raigarh, Korba, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur (Chhattisgarh & Odisha region)
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads in assigned locations (Raigarh, Korba, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur).
- Visit thermal power plants, cement plants, steel plants, and other heavy industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase, maintenance, and project departments.
- Promote company products such as conveyors, chains, couplings, and related industrial spares.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and payments.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for customer support.
- Maintain proper records of visits, enquiries, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Mechanical preferred (or relevant experience/Fresher).
- 01 of experience in industrial / B2B sales (power plant or heavy industry experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email.
- Local candidates from Raigarh / Korba / Jharsuguda / Sambalpur preferred.
