Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Raigarh, Korba, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur (Chhattisgarh & Odisha region)

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads in assigned locations (Raigarh, Korba, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur).
  • Visit thermal power plants, cement plants, steel plants, and other heavy industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase, maintenance, and project departments.
  • Promote company products such as conveyors, chains, couplings, and related industrial spares.
  • Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and payments.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for customer support.
  • Maintain proper records of visits, enquiries, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Mechanical preferred (or relevant experience/Fresher).
  • 01 of experience in industrial / B2B sales (power plant or heavy industry experience preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email.
  • Local candidates from Raigarh / Korba / Jharsuguda / Sambalpur preferred.
