At Conscious Breathing Hub, we are on a mission to create a medicine-free and anxiety-free India by reviving the power of yogic sciences and breathwork. We are growing through online webinars, workshops, and transformational programs — and we need a passionate Sales Executive to bring more lives into this movement.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for people who attend our webinars and online workshops — nurturing them from curious attendees into committed community members. This role blends lead generation, relationship-building, program explanation, and post-sale support, all within the wellness and breathwork space.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and maintain accurate lead data from webinars, workshops, and social media campaigns
- Proactively reach out to attendees via WhatsApp and calls — timely follow-ups without waiting
- Build warm, genuine relationships with leads — understanding their health challenges and goals
- Actively monitor live webinars to identify engaged and high-interest participants in real time
- Clearly explain CBH programs — structure, benefits, and transformation journey — to people above 35 managing chronic health concerns
- Provide post-sale support — answer queries, resolve doubts, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Keep existing leads and members warm through regular check-ins and community engagement
- Coordinate with external partners when needed to address lead queries efficiently
- Track and report conversions, follow-up rates, and lead status on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales — preferably in webinar-based or digital/online sales
- Proven experience in lead collection, data management, and follow-up systems
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Zoom, and Instagram as primary business tools
- Experience in wellness, health, coaching, or ed-tech is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English
- Ability to explain transformational, intangible products with clarity and heart
