We are seeking a skilled Coupa Content Management Specialist with strong expertise in Coupa catalog administration and enterprise content management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring procurement content is accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements. This role requires close collaboration with Procurement, Suppliers, IT, and Compliance teams to manage catalogs, optimize content quality, and support seamless purchasing experiences within Coupa.
Responsibilities
Coupa Catalog & Procurement Content Management
.Create, maintain, and update Coupa hosted catalogs, punchout catalogs, and item catalogs in alignment with procurement policies
.Perform catalog uploads, updates, validations, and troubleshooting within the Coupa platform
.Ensure catalog content accuracy including pricing, descriptions, unit of measure, UNSPSC codes, images, and supplier details
.Manage catalog lifecycle activities such as onboarding new suppliers, catalog refreshes, deactivations, and expirations
.Partner with suppliers to resolve catalog issues and enforce data standards
Content Management & Governance
.Own and manage procurement-related content such as buyer guides, supplier instructions, policies, and help documentation
.Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability of procurement content across Coupa and supporting systems
.Apply content governance standards, version control, and approval workflows
.Review, audit, and cleanse content periodically to maintain data integrity and compliance
Process Improvement & User Enablement
.Identify opportunities to optimize catalog structure, searchability, and user experience within Coupa
.Support end users by resolving content-related issues and answering catalog or procurement queries
.Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials related to catalog and content management
.Support testing activities for Coupa upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
.Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Category Managers, IT, and Compliance teams
.Track and report key catalog/content KPIs such as catalog accuracy, refresh adherence, and error reduction
.Support audits by providing documentation and evidence related to procurement content
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.Academic qualification : Degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering.
.Must have sound knowledge of English, Good written communication skills.
.Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, specifically catalog management
.Experience managing hosted catalogs, punchout catalogs, and supplier content
.Solid understanding of content management principles, data governance, and quality control
.Ability to work with large datasets and maintain content accuracy at scale
Preferred qualifications
.Experience in Coupa content/catalog management or procurement systems
.Experience working in a global procurement environment
.Exposure to additional content platforms or procurement tools is a plus
.Understanding of compliance, audit, or SOX requirements related to procurement dataWhy join Genpact
