Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage payment coordination, customer query resolution, and operational support. The role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for parents and students post-enrollment.
Key Responsibilitie
- Address and resolve payment, billing, and service-related queries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports
- Ensure smooth coordination with Sales, Academic, and Support teams
- Handle escalations with empathy, clarity, and adherence to company policies
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with parents/guardians for timely payment follow-ups and collections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer-focused and solution-driven approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks efficiently
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior experience in operations, customer support, or coordination is preferred
- (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

- Shift: USA Shift ( 9pm to 6am )
- Employment Type: Full-time
