We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of masterbatch products. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Paint, Plastic & Chemical industries
- Promote and sell colour and filler masterbatch products
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers & develop new customers
- Address customer queries, complaints and technical requirements
- Travel PAN India basis for client meetings and trade shows as needed
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Support customers during product trials and new product developments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and customer visit reports
Required Candidate profile
- Required 2-4 years of experience in the chemicals or pigments industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
- Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Proficiency in market research and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
