Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of masterbatch products. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Paint, Plastic & Chemical industries
  • Promote and sell colour and filler masterbatch products
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers & develop new customers
  • Address customer queries, complaints and technical requirements
  • Travel PAN India basis for client meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients
  • Support customers during product trials and new product developments
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and customer visit reports

Required Candidate profile

  • Required 2-4 years of experience in the chemicals or pigments industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
  • Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
