Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive for an on-site role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, optimizing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns. Effective communication and proactive follow-up will be integral to achieving success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of Market Research, Customer Needs Analysis, and Target Audience Identification
  • Excellent Communication, Persuasion, and Interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in using CRM tools and optimizing sales pipelines
  • Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in EdTech or IT-related sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
