Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bhubaneswar, is for a Sales Executive at Clay by Lingaraj Granites. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored product recommendations. Additional duties include driving showroom sales, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with team members to achieve business targets. The role requires the ability to effectively explain product features and benefits, keep up with market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction through exemplary service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including building lasting client relationships and handling inquiries professionally
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly
- Product knowledge in home decor materials like tiles, marbles, granites, and other renovation products is an advantage
- Organizational and record-keeping expertise, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales data
- Ability to adapt to team-based workflows and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Proficiency in understanding market trends and aligning strategies to meet business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
