Two7 Address Makers is a boutique luxury real estate developer based in Bhubaneswar, building premium residential towers including Merlot Heights, Merak Heights, and Magnaura Heights.

We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive lead conversion through site visits, client interactions, and follow-ups, based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and walk-in clients; conduct site visits and property walkthroughs
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines to prospective buyers
• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, meetings, and site visits to drive conversions
• Coordinate with the Customer Relationship team to ensure smooth handover after booking
• Build and maintain a channel partner network to generate referrals
• Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the CRM
• Achieve monthly site-visit and booking targets

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales aptitude with a target-driven mindset; real estate experience is a plus
• Willingness to work across Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office, including weekends
