Job Description

Position Title: Executive Sales

Department: Sales

Location: Chandra Hyundai Pollachi

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Foster strong customer relationships and ensure smooth operations by addressing customer and prospect queries in a timely manner.

2.Achieve monthly sales targets by actively working towards meeting set sales numbers.

3.Collaborate with the team leader to understand and align individual sales targets for both the month and year.

4.Promote value-added services (VAS) such as Accessories (Rs 10,000), Insurance, Financial Services (60%), and Extended Warranty (60%) as per the target.

5.Plan and organize daily activities, discuss with the team leader, and implement strategies to generate inquiries, categorize leads (Hot, Warm, Cold), follow up on sales opportunities, track lost sales, and ensure payment follow-ups are completed within 5 days from the date of booking and also ensure that the vehicles are sent for registration only after confirming the payment status.

6.Conduct customer visits on the 15th day post-purchase to gather feedback on their car buying experience.

7.Generate a high volume of inquiries through targeted marketing activities, ensuring a 1:10 inquiry-to-conversion ratio and a 22% conversion rate for every 100 inquiries.

8.Educate customers on product terminologies, features, and benefits to enhance sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.

9.Continuously improve knowledge of Hyundai and competitor products, ensuring expertise in both product features and applications.

10.Provide exceptional service by meeting or exceeding SSI standards (above 950 points), maintaining quality test drives (at least 70% quality rate), ensuring demo vehicles are clean and damage-free, and completing required training programs to enhance skills and adhere to company standards, including housekeeping and sustainability initiatives.

11.License mandatory.
