15,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience + Incentives)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **US Sales Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in the US market. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful clients.
This position is ideal for candidates with **02 years of experience** who are eager to build a career in international sales and business development.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
Ability to handle US-based clients professionally
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Basic knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients
Convert leads into clients by effectively pitching services
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Provide timely updates and ensure client satisfaction
Handle objections and resolve client queries professionally
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth service delivery
Additional Responsibilities:
Stay updated with US market trends and client expectations
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
