About the Role

We re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast growing real estate team in Bangalore.

If you're passionate about sales, love meeting new people, and have a knack for real estate this role is for you! You ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, conducting field visits, and supporting the sales process for residential and commercial projectsespecially across North Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Connect and manage leads through Calls and field visits.

Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors.

Present and promote real estate projects through site visits & meetings.

Maintain CRM records, follow up with clients, and assist in closing deals.

Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on strategies and campaigns. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.

Stay informed about real estate trends in your area.

Support and guide team members to achieve collective sales goals. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field(preferred).

12 years of experience in salesreal estate or field sales preferred.

Experience in North Bangalore real estate is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Willingness to travel across Bangalore for meetings & site visits.

Proficiency in Kannada/Hindi is an added bonus.
