Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell electrical and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through field visits and networking

Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions

Prepare and share quotations with clients

Follow up on leads and close sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution

Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in electrical/automation field)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of electrical systems or smart automation is an advantage
