Job Description

Assist the Duty Engineer in the day to day activities of the operations and maintenance / repair of all engineering related plants, equipment, building services, general installations work carried out by the Engineering Department.
Ensure to maintain quality of work in order to meet the prescribed standards
Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment as per the standards.
Perform work required for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems for the property.
To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.
Ensure to possess a thorough knowledge of electrical system of the property, the circuits, present loads and possible limits of new loads and adhere to the set
1 to 2 years of prior experience.
Diploma / Relevant degree.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset standards.
