Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, conducting follow-ups, and preparing sales reports. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer engagement strategies
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of market trends, product offerings, and industry-specific sales processes
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in CRM software and proficiency in basic office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous sales experience in a relevant industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
