About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our industrial automation products and solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients from manufacturing, process industries, and OEMs, building strong relationships and helping them choose the right automation solutions for their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing industries
• Promote and sell factory automation products
• Conduct client visits, demos, and technical presentations
• Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Understand customer needs and propose automation solutions
• Coordinate with technical and application teams
• Maintain sales pipeline and customer database
• Track market trends and sales performance
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors) is an added advantage.

Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
