Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their property needs, arranging and conducting property viewings, developing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating property transactions. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly advantageous
