Sales Executive

Hiring for a fast growing HealthTech Startup in Gurgaon.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over phone and email.
• Candidates should possess skills in lead generation and qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling within an inside sales environment.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM tools, basic data entry and reporting, and comfort using standard office and collaboration software.
• Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Candidates should possess strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
• Relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development, ideally in professional services or B2B environments, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate with teams, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced setting is required.

Experience:

• ∙ 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales, client-facing, or similar role.
