Job Title

Telecalling / Sales / Business Development Executive (Work From Home)

Salary : 8,000 p.m/-

Job Type

  • Full-time | Long-term role
  • Work From Home (Remote)
  • 6 days working (1 weekly off)

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / sales / business development
  • Must have proven conversion or sales experience
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales is mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Telecalling / Sales / Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in closing leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue.

This role is not for freshers or casual callers. We are looking for someone who wants to grow long-term, take ownership, and perform consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Follow up with prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand customer needs and pitch products/services confidently
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Handle B2C and/or B2B conversations professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding/closure
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Share daily/weekly performance updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in:
  • Telecalling
  • Sales
  • Business Development
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory)
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales
  • Experience handling CRM / Google Sheets / Excel is a plus
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely
  • Stable internet connection and personal laptop/phone required
