Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jhansi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, driving sales to meet or exceed store targets, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing store operations, showcasing jewelry collections, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and recommend products effectively.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills for building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Organizational skills to manage store operations and inventory efficiently.
  • Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with fine jewelry and gemstones is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of retail systems or experience in the jewelry industry is beneficial.
