Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Karnal for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, giving product presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to elevator systems and mobility solutions
  • Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel locally for client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales or the elevator/ infrastructure industry is a plus
